We have enjoyed a busy summer of garden openings with record numbers of visitors at many of our gardens. But, there
are still many delights in the garden during the next few months. As well as Maesfron Hall at Trewen, which is open on
10th September, there are eight more gardens which open by arrangement giving you plenty of opportunity to enjoy
autumn colours. You can discover more about our gardens and the charities supported by the National Garden Scheme
at www.ngs.org.uk and by following us on Facebook and Twitter @powysngs.

Can you help us? Perhaps by supporting a garden owner by serving teas or selling plants. Or maybe you can help

publicising our gardens by posting on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. In North Powys, we have about 40 gardens which

open for us from Oswestry to Machynlleth down to Llandrindod Wells. If you are over 16 years old, have an enthusiasm

for gardens, the natural world and fundraising, and have time to help in the summer, we would love to hear from you! If

you are interested in joining us, please contact our North Powys County Organiser:
