We have a new baby in the Pentre. Welcome to little Rose Mary May Roberts who arrived on 23rd April at the
very healthy weight of 9lbs 12oz. Congratulations to Liz, Aled and little Peter.
The Jones family of Seven Wells also have a lot to celebrate in the coming months as Sarah Jones has gained
her visa to live in the USA as she is marrying her fiancé Troy Grams on 16th July in Boston when family and
friends will be joining her. Congratulations Sarah and Troy.
The Oliver family of Cilcewydd have also had a busy few weeks with two celebrations. Recently they had the
christening in Holy Trinity Church, Leighton of Frankie and Oliver Bowen, children of Gemma and Dan. Then on
11th June they will all be celebrating the wedding of Hugh Evans and Laura Pryce at Garthmyl Hall.
Congratulations to you all.
Wedding bells will have been ringing on the Long Mountain at the end of May at the wedding of two well
known young farmers. Richard and Charlotte Breeze will have got married at Trelystan Church and we send
our congratulations to you both and all the family.
The Glamorous Granny award this season goes to Sarah Jones whose granddaughter Evie is just 4 months old and
is flying to Ibiza on holiday with her mum Cerys and family. Congratulations to Sarah, Hadyn and all the family.
REMINDER: The Post Office van comes to the Church Gates every Monday and Thursday 10.15am -11am.
We wish everyone in the village who is poorly at the moment a speedy recovery.
Well done to Catherine Williams on completing the London MoonWalk for charity.
On 12th May Henrietta Eve Trevor-Jones was born to Alice and Stuart. Little Hettie makes Roma Tibbott a
Great Grandmother again. Congratulations to all.
